Prof. Dr. Marco Kuhrmann has been appointed as Endowed Professor for Agile Systems Development (with a focus on regulated domains) at Reutlingen University starting in the winter semester of 2021.
Goals
The endowed professorship is intended to build up research competencies at the Reutlingen site in the areas of architectures for agile system development, bimodal development approaches, hybrid system development processes, customer-centric development paradigms involving digital ecosystems, and organizational transition toward agility. In addition, the strengthening and expansion of regional business collaborations is expected. In this context, the endowed professorship represents an essential complement to the courses of study in business informatics and medical-technical informatics.
