Our motivated team of 15 acts as a close partner for scientists. Following on from the tradition established by our founder, Ernst Abbe, we support basic research as well as application-orientated research and teaching in the STEM disciplines on socially relevant topics. 

Our joy and enthusiasm for joint development and the advancement of fu-ture-oriented topics is what unites us. Our daily work is characterised by mutual appreciation, a wide range of creative opportunities and teamwork. Flexible working hours, individual part-time models and the option to work from home enable a good work-life balance.
