Prof. Dr. Hendrik Süß has been appointed to the Department of Algebra at Friedrich Schiller University Jena starting winter semester 2021. He previously conducted research at the University of Manchester, UK.
Goals
The professorship has a high strategic importance for the structural development of mathematics at Friedrich Schiller University Jena. It is one of the pillars in the study of mathematics for students from the departments of mathematics, computer science and the natural sciences.
