RAFVINIERT - Outreach

Focus topic: Artificial Intelligence
Type of funding: Individual funding programmes
Programme: CZS Plus
Funded institution:
  • Mainz University of Applied Sciences

Research results from the RAFVINIERT project, which was funded by the CZS and has now been completed, are to be communicated to different target groups through outreach measures such as a website using tailored formats.

Goals

The project's outreach measures include a book publication, a website and a transfer conference. This allows the research results from an already completed CZS funding project on the topic of "Transformation in rural areas - integrated planning for sustainable development in the Kaiserslautern model region" to be processed.

The respective measures are aimed at the interested public, specialist contact and cooperation partners from public administrations and scientists.

The project also aims to reach interest groups outside the scientific community. To this end, for example, the spatial visualizations are to be made interactively accessible in a web map application or story map. The planned transfer conference offers a very good opportunity to maintain existing networks and establish new (scientific) collaborations.

Prof. Dr. Markus Schaffert is an alumnus of the Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung. The project is funded as part of the CZS Plus alumni program.
