HFT TransferBot

Focus: Artificial Intelligence
Type of funding: Individual funding programmes
Programme: CZS Plus
Funded institution:
  • Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences

By developing a bot for the university's website, the aim is to make scientific and research findings more readily available to different target groups.

Goals

A bot is a computer program that performs tasks automatically.

The HFT TransferBot is designed to make it easier for different target groups to research research areas and results on the university's website.

The target groups range from business stakeholders who want to use research results to prospective students and potential cooperation partners from business and research who are looking for competent contacts. Another target group is the interested public, who can find out more about HFT Stuttgart's research activities in a simple and low-threshold way.

The TransferBot also offers the possibility to translate documents from German to English and vice versa. The research achievements of the entire institution can thus be communicated transparently in an international context.

Prof. Dr. Volker Coors is an alumnus of the Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung. The project is funded as part of the "CZS Plus" alumni program.
