Hannes Banzhaf, CFA
Hannes Banzhaf joined the Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung in March 2018. As Deputy Managing Director, he is responsible for the departments of Finance, Human Resources and IT.
He worked as an auditor at PwC in Zurich, most recently as a manager for audit mandates in the reinsurance sector. Prior to that, he worked for the BMW Group in the pension fund team and for Allianz Global Investors in institutional client services. He studied economics at the University of St. Gallen, graduating in 2010 with a B.A. HSG in economics and in 2011 with a B.A. HSG in business administration. He completed his master's degree at the London School of Economics in 2012 with an M.Sc. in accounting and finance.
Hannes Banzhaf is a Swiss certified public accountant (WP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and certified foundation manager (DSA).
